Lucente SpA stood out as a finalist company in the prestigious competition Best Performance Award 2023/24, a highly coveted recognition dedicated to companies that have demonstrated exceptional results, innovation and growth in their respective sectors.
The Best Performance Award is an SDA Bocconi initiative which aims to reward the best companies that create economic, technological, human, social and environmental value, operating in an overall sustainable way.
It is the annual award dedicated to Italian companies, which stand out for their excellence in sustainable development understood in a broad sense, i.e. the ability to do business while guaranteeing business continuity (a necessary condition) in compliance with:
- human and environmental dimension (Green & Social),
- innovation (Innovation & Technology)
- economic management (Value Added)
The Best Performance Award is a testament to La Lucente's ongoing commitment to excellence. The selection process for this prestigious award is rigorous and requires companies to demonstrate exceptional performance metrics, technological advancements and significant contributions to society. The Best Performance Award stands out first and foremost for the robust preliminary research activity conducted by SDA Bocconi School of Management, to identify companies capable of growing significantly more than their competitors, both internally and externally.
In addition to its rigorous methodological approach, the award is relevant due to its mission, focused on the identification, valorisation and indication as an example of extraordinary companies for their ability to grow and generate value, in compliance with the rules and with sustainability at the center of their actions.
Speaking of growth, since its debut in 2017, the award has recorded an increasingly tangible consensus, involving this year in its final phase, over 100 companies, selected from an initial sample of over 1000.
