The administrative bodies have been renewed and the development lines of the 2023-2025 industrial plan have been confirmed with a view to innovation and sustainability.
The revenues recorded in 48 by La Lucente SpA of Bari, one of the main companies in Italy in the cleaning and facility management sector, exceeded 2023 million euros, growing by 4,5% compared to 2022.
A positive closing of the financial statements to which the expansion of the customer portfolio also contributed which, in 2023 alone, recorded new multi-year orders for a total value of 45 million euros. The Bari-based company, among others, has won tenders for facility management activities for large private companies in the civil, industrial and retail sectors as well as for public bodies. The new orders are located throughout Italy, including the islands.

Having acquired new orders for such an important value demonstrates that the market appreciates our offer, starting from the quality and variety of services, as well as the capacity for sustainability-oriented innovation".
The development policies of the 2023-2025 industrial plan are therefore confirmed, oriented towards sustainability and economic-operational efficiency. Furthermore, the company is about to publish its third Value Report for 2023, consolidating its commitment to ESG (environmental, social and governance) values and has obtained Gender Equality certification. This recognition is the result of an internal improvement process also aimed at work-life balance and which took shape primarily with the introduction of a new smart&flex working plan.
Lucente SpA has also renewed its administrative and control bodies, in office until 2026: the mandate of president Pierluigi Mantini, CEO Angelo Volpe and councilor Saverio Francesco Ressa has been reconfirmed.
