La Lucente S.p.A. has obtained the certification of the management system for gender equality. A result that confirms the company's commitment to creating an inclusive corporate culture that pays attention to people.
The particularly qualifying elements were the rigorous ones company policies prevention of all forms of discrimination and harassment and the corporate welfare measures adopted, including the projects to support work-life balance which led to the recent introduction of the program "smart&flex work”.
Certification occurs on a voluntary basis and at the request of the company. It is issued by accredited bodies that operate on the basis of practice UNI / PdR 125: 2022.
The objective is to guarantee equal career opportunities, equal economic treatment, work-life balance conditions suited to the different life stages and proactive in rebalancing family burdens between men and women, as well as a work environment that rejects stereotypes, discrimination, any form of physical, verbal, digital abuse and instead propose a culture of diversity and inclusion.
