Ethics and Compliance
Lucente SpA conducts its activities in an ethical and transparent manner, promoting the dissemination of conduct characterized by correctness, loyalty, collaboration, transparency, in compliance with the principles of ethics and legality, availing itself of the compliance function for correct management and verification the compliance of processes with the relevant laws and regulations.
Organisation, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001
Lucente SpA has adopted an organisation, management and control model, compliant with the prescriptions of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, containing "Discipline of the administrative liability of legal persons". This Model, made up of the General Section, the Special Section, the Code of Ethics, the Sanctioning System and specific Protocols, represents a tool available to the company to operate correctly and transparently towards the community and its stakeholders.
Code of Ethics
Lucente SpA has adopted a Code of Ethics based on principles such as respect for the person, full compliance with laws and regulations, attention to the environment and workplace safety. The code constitutes the fundamental tool for regulating and monitoring social and relational relations, with particular attention to the issues of conflicts of interest, relations with competitors, relations with suppliers and with public and private customers.
Whistleblowing reports
Lucente SpA makes available to its employees, collaborators, consultants and, more generally, its customers stakeholder An online channel for confidentially and privately reporting suspected misconduct, irregularities, or violations of the Code of Ethics, the 231 Organizational Model, company policies or regulations, and, in general, suspected violations of national and European Union law.
Privacy model
La Lucente SpA adopts a Privacy Model which governs the methods of processing personal data in the context of work activity, defining rules so that data processing takes place in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency, in accordance with the provisions of the 2016 EU Regulation /679 (GDPR).
Legality rating
La Lucente has obtained recognition from the Competition and Market Authority as a legality rating of three stars (maximum score). It is a summary indicator of companies' compliance with high standards of legality.
White list
Lucente SpA is registered in the White List of the Prefecture of Bari, the list of suppliers, service providers and work executors, verified by the Prefecture as not subject to attempted mafia infiltration. An important milestone that is part of a broader virtuous work system, aimed at operating in an increasingly punctual, transparent and sustainable manner alongside the company's public and private customers.
