The Board of Directors is entrusted with the management of the company and all the activities necessary for the pursuit of the corporate purpose.

The Board of Statutory Auditors is the body responsible for the control functions.

The Company has also established an external collegial Supervisory Body composed of:

The Supervisory Body is responsible for monitoring the functioning, application, and periodic updating of the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 adopted by the Company.

The Assembly awarded Giuseppe Volpe the title of Honorary President, recognizing his extraordinary commitment, the results achieved in favor of the Company and the merits acquired during a long and brilliant entrepreneurial career. A reference figure for the history and values of La Lucente SpA, Giuseppe Volpe embodied with vision and dedication the founding principles of the company, contributing decisively to its growth and prestige.
