Lombardy air communicates the results of the first customer satisfaction survey, relating to the analysis of user satisfaction in relation to the quality level for the Facility Management services at the buildings in the Lombardy Region. In fact, a note specified that the cleaning and environmental hygiene services provided by La Lucente SpA at the offices of the relevant lot achieved an overall satisfaction rate of 100%. The index is even higher than that established in the tender specifications for checking the level of services.
This acknowledgment is part of a broader context of satisfaction expressed by the brands which, over the last two years, have chosen to rely on La Lucente SpA for the management of cleaning and facility services. In fact, similar declarations of approval have been expressed by customers and strategic partners such as Dana, Leonardo Company, Atac, Princes and Amtab.
